Creator Rules

Creator Terms and UGC Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

These rules apply when you build worlds, submit items, publish games, upload assets, sell creations, or otherwise contribute content to Voxly.

Ownership of Created Content

You own the original content you create for Voxly, including worlds, scripts, models, clothing, images, text, and gameplay ideas, as long as you have the rights to use them.

Do not upload stolen assets, copied marketplace items, copyrighted work you do not control, leaked content, ripped game files, or content that violates another creator rights.

Rights Granted to Voxly

By publishing or submitting content, you give Voxly permission to host, display, distribute, promote, sell, resell, modify for compatibility, and make that content available through Voxly.

This permission is needed so players can access worlds, wear items, trade collectibles, view catalog pages, and use content across the platform.

Selling Items and Games

Creator sales must follow Voxly catalog, marketplace, safety, and moderation rules. Misleading listings, stolen assets, scams, copied items, and abusive pricing behavior may be removed.

Voxly may review, reject, delist, hide, or remove creator content that violates rules, creates legal risk, harms players, or damages the platform economy.

Future Creator Disbursement Program

Voxly may offer a Creator Disbursement Program in the future. Until that program launches with separate terms, Voxes and creator earnings have no guaranteed real-world value.

Future payout eligibility may depend on account verification, age, tax information, fraud checks, moderation history, minimum balances, and platform rules.
