Terms of Service

Voxly is intended for players and creators who are at least 17 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Voxly with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account or using Voxly, you confirm that you can follow these terms and all rules that apply to your use of the platform.

You are responsible for your account, login details, purchases, creations, trades, and activity. Keep your account secure and do not share access with others.

Voxly may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, or terminate accounts that break platform rules, harm other players, exploit the economy, abuse systems, or create legal or safety risk.

You keep ownership of worlds, items, clothing, scripts, images, audio, text, and other content you create or upload to Voxly, as long as you had the rights to create or upload it.

You give Voxly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify for technical compatibility, distribute, promote, and make your content available through Voxly.

This license lets Voxly operate the platform, show your creations to players, support trading and marketplace activity, moderate content, and preserve platform safety.

Voxes, avatar items, world access, badges, collectibles, and other virtual goods are licenses for use inside Voxly. They are not money, property, banked value, or legal tender.

Voxes and virtual items have no guaranteed real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless Voxly launches an official creator payout program with separate terms.

Purchases are final except where required by law or where Voxly chooses to provide a refund.

You must follow Voxly community rules, creator rules, marketplace rules, software rules, and any posted event or world rules.

Voxly may remove content, reverse abusive transactions, restrict features, investigate reports, or take enforcement action to protect players, creators, and the economy.

Voxly is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free software, permanent availability of content, or that every issue will be fixed immediately.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Voxly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages connected to use of the platform.

Before starting a formal dispute, contact support@voxlyworld.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by binding individual arbitration where allowed by law. Class actions and representative actions are not permitted unless the law requires otherwise.

Voxly may update these terms as the platform grows. If changes are important, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, account messages, or another appropriate method.

Continuing to use Voxly after updates means you accept the updated terms.
