Voxes

Virtual Currency and Payments Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

This policy explains how Voxes, purchases, virtual items, resale activity, and future creator payout features are handled.

Voxes Are Platform Currency

Voxes are a virtual currency for use inside Voxly. They are not legal tender, banked value, property, or a cash balance.

Voxes have no guaranteed real-world value and cannot be sold, transferred outside Voxly, or exchanged for money unless Voxly creates an official payout program.

Purchases and Refunds

Voxes, virtual items, world access, creator items, and other digital purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Voxly.

Prices, availability, item limits, sale windows, and marketplace listings may change over time.

Future Payout Terms

If Voxly launches creator payouts, payouts will be governed by separate eligibility, tax, fraud-prevention, account-verification, minimum-balance, and revenue-share terms.

No creator should treat Voxes as guaranteed income until an official payout program is live and accepted.

Fraud and Abuse

Voxly may reverse purchases, freeze balances, remove items, cancel listings, limit trading, suspend accounts, or ban users involved in fraud, chargebacks, scams, exploits, laundering, or economic abuse.
