How We Use Information

We use information to run Voxly, save your avatar and inventory, launch worlds, power creator tools, process Voxes and trades, provide support, improve safety, prevent fraud and spam, enforce rules, and protect the platform.

We may also use contact information to send account notices, security alerts, policy updates, creator updates, and service messages related to your Voxly account.

What Other Players Can See

Voxly is built around shared worlds and creator communities. Other players may see your username, display name, avatar, created worlds, public catalog items, marketplace listings, public comments, forum posts, trade-facing item details, and public activity connected to worlds or creator content.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate Voxly, provide hosting and security services, process platform activity, comply with law, enforce our rules, protect players, or complete actions you request.

Some public creator and player content is visible by design, including worlds, catalog entries, public forum posts, comments, usernames, and avatar appearances.

Cookies and Similar Tools

Voxly uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember preferences, prevent fraud, and make the website work. Voxly may also use analytics, advertising, and performance tools to measure traffic, understand feature usage, improve worlds and creator tools, and keep the platform safe. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies may affect account, marketplace, Studio, or world-launch features.

Third-Party Services

Voxly may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics, advertising, email delivery, security, payments, support, and future payout or creator economy services. These providers may process information only as needed to support Voxly, comply with law, prevent fraud, or complete actions you request.

Safety, Security, and Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Voxly, maintain accurate ownership and economy records, resolve disputes, enforce rules, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect account and platform data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Children

Voxly is intended for players and creators who are at least 17 years old. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Voxly, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Your Choices

You can update account details from your profile settings. You can also contact Voxly to ask about your account information, request corrections, or request deletion where available. Some records may be kept when needed for safety, moderation, economy integrity, legal reasons, or platform security.

GDPR and CCPA Rights

Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, or other regions with privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to certain uses of your personal information.

You may also have the right to opt out of certain sharing, sale, targeted advertising, or profiling where those laws apply. Voxly does not sell personal information for money.
